What we do
We run YouTube campaigns for crypto projects in two formats. A dedicated video is entirely about you, usually 8 to 20 minutes, covering what the product does and how it works. An integrated segment is 60 to 180 seconds inside a video about something else, which costs much less and reaches the same audience with less depth. KOL.solutions is run by Bussler & Co, a New York marketing company founded in 2016 that has worked with more than 150 clients since 2016, and we are an official member of Anthropic's Claude Partner Network.
The reason to pay for YouTube is that the video keeps working. An X post is finished within about 48 hours. A YouTube review ranks for searches on your project name and keeps returning views for months, which means it is often the first thing a serious investor finds. That also means the content needs to be accurate, because it will be around for a long time.
How a campaign runs, step by step
- Channel shortlist. We build a list with subscriber counts, median views over the last 10 videos, view to subscriber ratio, comment quality and audience region. Median views matter far more than subscribers, since many crypto channels grew during a bull market and now get a fraction of their old views.
- Vetting. We look at what the channel promoted before and what happened to those projects. A channel with a history of promoting things that collapsed will damage you by association.
- Pricing and booking. We negotiate the fee, the format, the publish date, how long the video stays up and whether the description link and a pinned comment are included. The link in the description is worth asking for every time.
- Brief and script review. We give the creator a fact sheet, the product access they need and the disclosure requirement. We review the script or the outline before recording, because fixing a mistake after publication means asking for a re-edit.
- Recording and review. We check the cut before it goes live for factual errors and for missing disclosure. We do not rewrite the creator's opinion, and channels that will change their opinion for money are not worth booking.
- Publication. Videos are spread over the launch window rather than published on the same day, so the coverage lasts longer.
- Tracking. Each video gets its own UTM link in the description and pinned comment, and on-chain attribution where the goal is a wallet action.
- Report. Views at 7, 30 and 90 days, clicks, cost per click and attributed wallets or signups per video.
What you get
- A shortlist with median views, not just subscriber counts.
- Negotiated deliverables including description link, pinned comment and minimum live time.
- A fact sheet and brief per creator, plus product access or a testnet walkthrough.
- Script and final cut review for accuracy and disclosure.
- A publication calendar.
- Reporting at 7, 30 and 90 days, because YouTube results arrive slowly.
Typical timelines and budgets
From booking to publication is usually 10 to 21 days, since creators plan their calendars weeks ahead and production takes time. A campaign of 5 to 10 videos takes about six weeks from the first call. These are typical price ranges and they vary widely by channel and region.
| Channel size | Dedicated video | Integrated segment |
|---|---|---|
| 10,000 to 50,000 subscribers | $500 to $2,500 | $250 to $1,000 |
| 50,000 to 250,000 | $2,500 to $8,000 | $1,000 to $3,000 |
| 250,000 and up | $8,000 to $25,000 and up | $3,000 to $10,000 |
A workable YouTube campaign usually starts at about $15,000, which buys enough videos to compare channels. Rates by platform are compared in crypto KOL rates.
Who this is for
This fits products that need explaining: wallets, exchanges, infrastructure, anything with a user interface worth demonstrating. It also fits projects whose name currently returns nothing useful on YouTube, since that is what a cautious buyer checks. It is a weaker fit for pure meme launches, where the audience decides in minutes and never watches a 15-minute review. The platform comparison is in X versus YouTube versus Telegram KOLs.
How to start
Book a call and we will send a channel list with median views and prices for your product.
Questions
Dedicated video or integrated segment?
Integrated segments if you want reach across many channels for less money. Dedicated videos if the product needs explaining or you want something that ranks for your project name.
Why do you use median views instead of subscribers?
Subscriber counts are historical. A channel with 400,000 subscribers and 8,000 median views is being sold to you on a number that no longer exists.
Can we approve the script?
We review scripts for factual errors and disclosure, and creators fix those. We do not ask creators to change their opinion, and a creator who agrees to that is not worth paying.
How long before we see results?
The first 48 hours give most of the views, but clicks keep arriving for months through search. We report at 7, 30 and 90 days for that reason.
