KOL vetting scorecard

How it works

Twelve checks, each with a weight from 6 to 12 points based on how often that check catches a problem in practice. Follower growth and reply quality carry the most weight because they are where bought audiences show up first. The score is the sum of the checks you have verified, out of 100.

How to use the score

• 85 and above: pay them, with the standard 50/50 split and a disclosure clause.
• 60 to 84: use for a smaller slot, hold half the fee until 48 hours after the post.
• Under 60: do not pay upfront. Either skip or run one cheap test post.
